William was born and raised in Youngstown, OH where he lived till 2015. William worked for Youngstown Fence right out of high school then landed a union job in an aluminum extrusion plant. After a cold winter of experiencing -30 degree weather William decided to move down to West Palm Beach, FL. He  became a shop manager at the screen shop making windows screen, screen doors, fixing glass windows and repairing pool enclosures. After living in Florida for 3 years he decided to move out to California to be with a girl who he is now  married to. Living in Orange County, California he  landed his first mortgage job at a small broker called Mortgage Bankers of America as a customer service representative. After gaining a year of mortgage experience the company fell apart and William found his way to LoanDepot. He was a top performer in their call center as a customer lender representative and after 9 months he applied for their loan officer program. After 2 years originating mortgages at LoanDepot, William and his wife missed the east coast and moved to Summerville, SC where they bought their first home. In the meantime William enjoys reading about investments, trading stocks, working on the new house, exercising, riding his dirt bike and spending time with his family. William brings 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry coming from a big corporate company. William is super thrilled to be part of a family oriented company here at Tabor Mortgage.
